Description

Autumn Lilac's brilliant lavender blooms are accented with darker purple freckles and stand out against its evergreen foliage. Autumn Lilac was bred for its cold hardy tendencies and selected for its rounded growth habit.

Prefers a sun dappled or high open shade. Morning sun with afternoon shade is also acceptable.They make an easy-care hedge that will rarely, if ever, need pruning. If you want to trim your Encore® Azaleas, do so once the spring flowers have faded so as not to clip off the new flower buds that will bloom in mid-summer. Each variety of Encore® Azaleas begins flowering in the spring.
